Yes. The booking widget is a simple link or embeddable snippet. It works with any website — Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, or a custom site. Patients can also book directly from your Nashira booking page if you don't have a website yet.

Everything: online booking, patient records, treatment notes, intake forms, email and SMS reminders, invoicing, online payments, and support. There are no per-booking charges, no SMS add-ons, and no hidden extras. Online card payments via Stripe incur Stripe's standard processing fee (1.5% + 25p for UK cards), which is separate from your Nashira subscription.

You can export all your patient data at any time from the admin panel as a JSON file. After cancellation, we retain your data for 90 days in case you change your mind, then permanently delete it. You own your data — always.

All data is stored in the UK on AWS eu-west-1 (Ireland) infrastructure — the closest region to the UK with full data residency guarantees. We are compliant with UK GDPR and do not share patient data with any third party except the payment processor (Stripe) for payment-related transactions.
